Santosh Kumar Shaini is the founder of Right Moves And Notes Pvt. Ltd., a visionary leader known for his dedication, integrity, and hands-on approach. With over 15 years of teaching experience, he strongly believes in delivering more than promised — always striving to provide double the value for every investment. From starting his journey in a small room, he has built a powerful brand network that now includes four successful ventures: The Music & Dance School (with 1000+ active students), FitRoots Gym (focused on kids’ fitness and self-defense), Guitar Gully (an online and offline guitar-selling platform), and Arvix Records (a music production label). His ultimate dream is to build 1000+ branches across India that not only educate but also empower people to lead healthier and more confident lives.
